The A.Y. McDonald line of Engine Driven Trash pumps is designed for applications which require high flow efficiency and solids handling capability. Pumps are constructed of heavy duty sand cast components featuring removable/replaceable Cast Iron volutes, impellers and wearplates. Simple cleanout design permits easy removal of trash and debris without disconnecting hoses. Pumps are available with side valve or overhead valve engines rom various engine manufacturers. An electric start option is available on many models. A.Y. McDonald Engine Driven Trash pumps are reliable, cost effective and low maintenance. For use with non-flammable liquids which are compatible with pump components materials.

Series: 3" & 4" Engine Driven Trash Pumps
Series Description: The 3" and 4" trash pumps are available in 8 to 13 HP engines. The pumps solid can handle up to 1 1/2" and 2 5/8" diameter and pumps include heavy duty roll cage.

Series: 6" Engine Driven Trash Pumps
Series Description: The 6" trash pump has a digital tachometer/hourmeter, can handle solids to 3" diameter. Engine options are: Honda, B&S, or Yanmar for the 6" pump. The pump has a 12 volt electric star and 6" NPT port sizing and self-priming up to 20 feet.

Series: Engine Driven Trash Pumps
Series Description: The engine driven trash pump are available in 8 to 13 HP engines, engine options are B&S or Honda. Intek and Hinda engines are Overhead Valve Designs. 3" models include steel roll frame and 4" models include wheel kit and base rails. Solids handing up to 2" diameter and pumps have 3" and 4" NPT port sizes.

Series: Engine Driven Trash Pumps (S Series)
Series Description: The S series suction and discharge port sizes are 2" and 3".  Self-priming engines you can choose from are B&S, Honda Gasoline, or Yanmar Diesel. The S series is a quick clean out and has Silicon-Carbide seal with Dry Run Survivability.
