A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. Acquires Assets and Exclusive Rights to American Meter Natural Gas Regulator Product Line

Dubuque, IA — A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co., a leading manufacturer of water works, plumbing, and natural gas products, is excited to announce that we have entered into an exclusive agreement to manufacture and distribute the trusted line of American Meter service regulators for natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) up to 150 PSI.

With this agreement, A.Y. McDonald is now the exclusive manufacturer and provider of these products in the United States, continuing the legacy of reliability and performance that customers have come to expect. As part of this transition, A.Y. McDonald will acquire production equipment and inventory, and will exclusively license the regulator manufacturing processes, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
